These terms govern your use of https://spacewallart.shop and any purchase you make from Spacewallart. Please read them before you order. They are written to be understood, not to hide anything.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Spacewallart, 250 W Broadway, Eugene, Oregon 97401, United States. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

1. Acceptance

By browsing this site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or is used with the account holder's permission. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Accounts

You do not need an account to shop or to read any policy on this site. If you create one, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or any breach of these terms.

4. Products, descriptions and scent perception

We describe every fragrance as accurately as we can, including its concentration, volume and the notes used in the composition. Even so, please keep two things in mind.

• Colour and appearance. Screens vary, so the shade of a juice, a bottle or a carton may look slightly different in person. Natural materials can also vary a little in colour from batch to batch without any change to the composition.
• Scent perception is personal. Fragrance behaves differently on different skin, and how a scent develops and how long it stays noticeable varies with skin chemistry, skin type, temperature, humidity and how much you apply. Any description of longevity or projection is a general guide, not a promise about your experience.

Our fragrances are cosmetic products intended to be enjoyed for their scent. We make no health, medical or therapeutic claims about them of any kind.

5. Safe use of fragrance

Please follow the guidance printed on the carton and repeated here.

• For external use only. Do not ingest.
• Avoid contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Flammable. Keep away from open flame and other sources of ignition.
• Store away from direct sunlight and heat, and keep the cap on when not in use.

The full ingredient list, in INCI format, together with the allergen declarations required for cosmetic products, is printed on the outer carton of every bottle. If you have a known sensitivity, read that list before use and ask us if you would like the details before you order.

6. Pricing and errors

All prices are in USD and are shown on the product page. Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout according to the law of your state. Shipping is free on every order, so no delivery charge is added. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed and paid for.

Despite our care, an obvious error may occasionally appear in a price or description. Where that happens, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price. We will contact you before dispatch and offer you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.

7. Orders and our right to refuse

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including suspected fraud, an unauthorised payment method, a pricing or stock error, an address we cannot ship to, or a quantity that appears to be for resale. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full to the original payment method.

8. Shipping and returns

Delivery times, carrier restrictions and our United States only shipping area are set out in the Shipping Policy. Your 30-day return window, the free return label, exchanges and refund timing are set out in the Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, to interfere with the site's operation or security, to resell our products without our written permission, or to submit false or misleading information.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, layout, the Spacewallart name and logo, product names and fragrance descriptions, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt our content, or use our branding, without our written permission.

All third-party trademarks, brand names and product names referred to anywhere on this site are the property of their respective owners. Any such reference is for identification or descriptive purposes only. It does not imply that we are affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected in any way to those owners, and we make no such claim. Our fragrances are our own compositions, made under our own name.

11. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacewallart and its owners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or of any product bought through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spacewallart and its owners and employees from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

15. Dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at contact@spacewallart.shop. Most matters are resolved quickly and informally, and we would always rather fix a problem than argue about one. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days of you raising it, the courts located in Lane County, Oregon, will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we consent to venue there. Nothing prevents either party from bringing a qualifying claim in small claims court.

16. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force and the unenforceable provision is applied to the greatest extent permitted. A delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver of it.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date below shows when this version took effect.

18. Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Payment Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this site.
