• Analytics and advertising providers receive usage data as described above.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.

If our business is ever sold or reorganised, customer information may transfer to the new owner, who would remain bound by this policy.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in exchange for money. We have not done so in the previous twelve months. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.

Email marketing

We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the foot of every marketing email, or by emailing contact@spacewallart.shop. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and does not stop transactional email about an order you have placed.

Data retention

• Order and transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet US tax and accounting requirements.
• Customer account data is kept for as long as your account is open, and deleted on request.
• Support correspondence is kept for 3 years.
• Marketing subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
• Analytics data is kept in line with the retention settings of the provider concerned, typically no more than 26 months.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS throughout. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to do their job and is protected by strong authentication. Payment data is handled by PCI DSS compliant processors and never stored by us. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affected your personal information we would notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

Children

This store is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Our products are sold to adults aged 18 or over, or to minors with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. • Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as tax records
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell or share it.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined by the CPRA.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. You will receive the same prices and the same service either way.

You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof of authorisation and for verification of your identity.

GDPR and UK GDPR rights
