Email is the fastest way to reach us and gives us a written record we can act on. Our support hours match the Monday to Friday window in which we fulfil and ship orders, so a message sent at the weekend or on a US public holiday is answered on the next business day.

What to include for a faster answer
- Your order number, which begins with a # and appears in your order confirmation email. This is the single most useful thing you can give us.
- The email address you used at checkout, if it differs from the one you are writing from.
- The name of the fragrance and the size, if your question is about a specific item.
- A photograph, if something arrived damaged or does not look right. A picture of the bottle and the outer box saves a round of questions.
- A short line on what you would like to happen: a refund, an exchange, a replacement or simply advice.
Common questions we can answer here
- Where is my order? Have a look at Track Your Order first. Total delivery is 4 to 7 business days. If tracking has not moved in 3 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
- I want to return something. Email us with your order number and we will send an RMA number and a free printable return label within 1 business day. Full detail on the Returns & Refund Policy.
- I entered the wrong address. Tell us straight away. We can usually correct it during the 1 to 2 business day handling window.
- I want to cancel. Cancellation is free at any time before dispatch.
- Which fragrance should I choose? Tell us what you tend to enjoy and where you would wear it, and we will make an honest suggestion rather than a sales pitch.
- What is in the bottle? The full INCI ingredient list and allergen declarations are printed on every carton. Ask and we will send you the list for a particular fragrance before you buy.

The three questions we are asked most often.
Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel, usually within one business day of dispatch. Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days.
Email contact@spacewallart.shop with your order number. We issue a return authorisation and a free printable label within one business day.
Write to us as soon as you can. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can change or cancel it.
